Thank you for supporting an ESL scholarship fund in honor of Maria Rifo at Santa Rosa Junior College. Maria established a scholarship at her 90th birthday celebration. She set it up for a student from the Worker's Center in Santa Rosa wishing to transfer to the credit program at Santa Rosa Junior College. The scholarship is awarded at the end of the spring semester to the student with at least 80% attendance and the highest score on the English Placement Test.
