Thoughts for Thinkers: Fearlessness and Efficiency
Fearlessness is the capacity to act even while fear might be present. It's not the absence of the fear but the ability ot overcome the paralyzing effects.
Efficiency is the capacity to carry out several things at once without any wasted energy. One can be efficient in action. It is also possible, I suppose, to have emotional and mental efficiency. But that is not as concrete.
Putting fearlessness with efficiency evokes the image of a surgeon's knife or other activity which requires precision and lack of hesitation.
Questions to ask yourself:
What action might I take right now to demonstrate fearlessness?
In what situation would efficiency be beneficial to me?
Where might I need precise and fearless action right now?
