Meditation #1
The moment I sink into my heart
the mind becomes mute
Liquid silence spreads throughout my senses
and words and thoughts disappear.
When I go deep in meditation, there You are.
I can’t see You, I can’t hear You,
I can’t even remember the encounter,
but for the unmistakable sense upon returning to the world,
that I have just been held in Your heart
and touched by Your love
